Actively seeking a personal injury Managing Attorney to join a high-profile and growing firm in the Manhattan Financial District.

• Manage firm litigation, operations, and staff.
• Oversee protocols, compliance, and case progression.
• Develop strategies and improve efficiency.
• Mentor attorneys and paralegals for performance.
• Ensure client service and legal updates.

• 8+ years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation or Defense, covering premises, labor law, and motor vehicle cases.
• Demonstrated success in supervising and managing attorneys and legal staff.
• Active membership in the relevant state bar association/s.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices.
• Proven track record of handling a diverse caseload of insurance carriers disputes and achieving successful outcomes.
